The Administrative Court, the Sixth Circuit, Education, decided, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University’s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for the student, “Ahmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi”, to the December 27th, 2020 session, to the reply of the administrative authority.

The Administrative Court, the Sixth Circuit, Education, decided, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University’s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for the student, “Ahmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi”, to the November 15th, 2020 session, for the absence of the administrative authority.

The Administrative Court decided, at last Thursday’s session, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University’s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for the student, “Ahmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi”, to the November 1st, 2020 session, for the absence of the administrative authority.

The Administrative Court decided, today, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University’s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for student, “Ahmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi”, to the September 21st, 2020 session, for submitting documents.

The Administrative Court decided to postpone the lawsuit filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University’s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for student, “Ahmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi”, for the July 19, 2020 session.

AFTE filed the lawsuit, which held No. 36587 for the year 74, before the Administrative Court, the Sixth Circuit, Education, in April 2020.

The lawsuit challenged the decision of the Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication and the President of Al-Azhar University to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for student, “Ahmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi” because he did not attend classes while he was in remand detention.
