National Telecom Regulatory Authority delegate stated that blocking websites decision has been mad by a security body and not by NTRA. The delegate added that having NTRA as a litigant in the lawsuit filed by the Assosiation for Freedom of Expression appeal on the decision, is only out of fear of confronting the security services.
