Abdullah Moder Detention Extended 45 Days for Joining a Terrorist Group

State Security Prosecutor extended the detention of Abdullah Mohamed Moder for 45 days pending investigations in case 828/291 State Security.

Moder has already spend 150 days of pretrial detention. He is accused of joining and funding a terrorist group along with circulating false news.

He, his wife (Fatma Mohamed), and their 14-month-old girl were detained in March from Giza Train Station. The family, including the child, was subject to forced disappearance for three weeks, before investigations.

State Security Prosecution has order the detention of Abd-allah Mohamed Moder, 15 days pending investigation. The defendant is facing the charges of joining and funding a terrorist group and spreading false news in lawsuit 828/2018 SS.

Police forces arrested Moder, along with his wife and baby daughter last March, and forcibly disappear them for three weeks.
