Appeal of the Demotion of Maspero’s Ali Abu Hamila Scheduled in December

The Supreme Administrative Court adjourned the appeal of former Maspero General Manager, Ali Hussein Abu Hamila, to December 24. Accordingly, Maspero’s management and Abu Hamila should submit their final memoranda within two weeks.

Maspero’s management demoted Abu Hamila from general manager to chief of the directors because his Facebook posts were critical of ceding Tiran and Sanafir islands to Saudi Arabia.
