Last week, The Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to annul the precautionary measures imposed on Mohamed Essam in connection with Case No. 751 of 2020 (Supreme State Security). In which he’s charged with joining a group established in violation of the law. And also to release him under the guarantee of his residence.
Essam’s precautionary measures were represented in handing the defendant himself over to the police station in his neighborhood for several hours, two days per week. This comes after the Criminal Court’s decision issued on December 5 to replace his pretrial detention with one of the precautionary measures stipulated by law.

The Criminal Court (The Council Chamber) decided on December 5 session, to release Mohamed Essam with the guarantee of his place of residence, in connection with Case No. 751 of 2020 (Supreme State Security).
Essam’s release came with imposing precautionary measures. The Court also decided to renew the precautionary measures of Alaa Zaki for 45 days, in which he’s obliged to hand himself over to the police station in his neighborhood for several hours, on specific days weekly.
It should be noted that the investigations charged them with joining a group established in violation of the law.

Sunday, October 24, The Criminal Court (The Council Chamber) decided to release Alaa Zaki Mohamed into Case No. 751 of 2020 (Supreme State Security). The court also renewed the detention of another defendant pending the same case.
The release order came with imposing a form of precautionary measures: handing the defendant himself over to the police station in his neighborhood for several hours, on specific days weekly, according to Article (201) of Law No. 150 of 1950 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
It should be mentioned that the investigations charged with accusations, Most notably, are joining White Knights Ultras.

The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court considered the detention order of two defendants of Case No. 751 of 2020 Supreme State Security, Known as “Ultras White Knights Case.” And ordered to extend their detention for 45 days.
The hearing was held on Sunday, September 19, 2021.
Ultras groups are legally prohibited, as in May 2015 Cairo Appeal Court ruled to ban all Ultras groups nationwide and consider them a banned terrorist group.
According to police investigations, the events of this case date back to the attempts of several fans to revive the group’s activities again.
The security forces arrested the suspects at various previous times, against the background of arrest warrants by the prosecution to arrest and bring them pending investigations of the case.

The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court considered the detention order of the defendants of Case 751 of 2020 Supreme State Security, and ordered to renew the detention of two defendants for 45 extra days, and to extend the precautionary measures of two others for 45 extra days, The mentioned court considered the order to renew the defendants’ detention on Sunday, July 11, 2021, in the presence of AFTE’s lawyer.
Notably, the investigations charged them with joining Ultras White Knights.

The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court, had decided in Tuesday’s session June 29, 2021, to renew the detention of 2 defendants for 45 days, and to extend precautionary measures of 2 others for 45 days pending Case No. 751 of 2020 Supreme State Security.
Notably, the defendants are charged with joining “Ultras White Knights”.

The council chamber of the criminal court, had decided on Tuesday’s hearing on 18 May 2021, to renew the detention of 2 defendants for 45 days, renew precautionary measures of 3 others: Waleed Abd El-Hakim, Moataz Medhat, and Samir Khaled, and release Adham Mohamed Hosny, and Ayman Abdel-Hameed Nasr with precautionary measures, in case No.751 of 2020 supreme state security.
Notably, the defendants are charged with joining “Ultras White Knights”.
