He was illegally detained for two weeks until he was interrogated and charged with joining a terrorist group and spreading false news.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El-Husseini has been subject to solitary confinement for over a year now with no access to necessary medication he need. Additionally, his family members are not allowed to visit him.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">AFTE had provided a filming permission from El Husseini employer along with work he had previously done for Al-Assema and Sada El-Balad TV channels.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>4 November 2018\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Giza Criminal court renewed the detention of photojournalist Mohamed El-Husseini for 45 days pending case 915\/2017.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He and another photojournalist were arrested from El-Fagalah area on September 12, 2017 while filming a report about stationary prices.
