This is in addition to obliging the administration to deliver him all his regular mails, and state their reasons for banning the mails and publications during his 5 years imprisonment in Tora Prison.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation\\ Serif, serif;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\">&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\">Although the lawsuit <\/span><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\">met all the requirements for urgent judicial review, t<\/span><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\">he lawsuit has been going on for a year in <\/span><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\">courts, since the first hearing on <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1425047596\"><span class=\"aQJ\">February the 21<\/span><\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\">st<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\"> 2017\u201d mentioned Alaa\u2019s lawyer Hassan Al-Azhary. He continued \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: aftefont;\">the court has adjourned the decision more than once and the Ministry of Interior has applied several unreasonable justifications. One of them was that the lawsuit is nothing but a propaganda and that there is a library inside the prison\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">8th February 2018<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Supreme Court has decided to adjourn the decision on the activist Alaa Abd- elfattah&#8217;s appeal on banning him from receiving books, journals and mails in prison. This is without setting a date for the decision.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">This is after the Association for Freedom of Expression has filed lawsuit number 71\/2010 Legal Year 71, to stay the execution of banning the activist from receiving his jobs periodical journals and two daily newspapers on his own expenses.
