The defendant is charged with spreading Armed Forces\u2019 maps and Defense Secrets, joining a group that aims for toppling the Egyptian constitution and law, and the misuse of telecommunications.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation\\ Serif, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The Supreme Court Prosecution had referred the lawsuit to the Military Prosecution, which started investigating the defendants without notifying the defense attorney. This happened after the legal period for the defendants pending investigation without a trial, had reached it\u2019s limit.
