The sentence has been reduced to one-year suspended sentence.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> Prosecution had charged the defendant with possessing and wearing t-shirts with abusive language which incites riot &#8211; \u201c74 martyr\u201d and \u201cviva martyrs\u201d.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Lato;\">On another note, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Lato;\">Amereya II Misdemeanor Court of Appeal has upholded the first degree decision on Ayman Ayman Mohamed and Eslam Ahmed Hussain, of 500 Egp fine, in lawsuit 3716\/2018. The defendants are charged with \u201cattempting of entering the stadium without permission\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"left\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"color: #585858;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Police forces had arrested the defendants at Burj Al-Arab stadium in last September, after Al-Ahly\u2019s match with Al-Taragy Al-Tunsy.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al-Amereya II Misdemeanor Court has accepted the appeal on the desission in absentia of one year imprisonment with labour and a 300 EGP fine for the defendants Amr Mohammed Lamisy, Ahmed Mamdouh Al-Mashd and Hussain Mohamed Abd-Alkader, in lawsuit number 1548\/2017.
