Then the verdict was appealed and the defendant were retried.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Fouad was arrested while covering demonstration commemorating the third anniversary of 25\u00a0January 2011 revolution, as per the evidence provided by Fouad\u2019s lawyer.
