{"id":19697,"date":"2020-07-15T16:36:09","date_gmt":"2020-07-15T14:36:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afteegypt.org\/?p=19697"},"modified":"2020-12-10T13:35:06","modified_gmt":"2020-12-10T11:35:06","slug":"postponing-the-case-of-student-ahmed-al-toukhi-against-al-azhar-university-for-refusing-to-consider-the-scores-of-the-first-semester-exams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afteegypt.org\/en\/legal-updates-en\/legal-news-en\/2020\/07\/15\/19697-afteegypt.html","title":{"rendered":"Postponing the case of student Ahmed Al-Toukhi against Al-Azhar University to the December 27th session"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>6 December 2020<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Administrative Court, the Sixth Circuit, Education, decided, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University\u2019s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for the student, \u201cAhmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi\u201d, to the December 27th, 2020 session, to the reply of the administrative authority.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>1 November 2020<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Administrative Court, the Sixth Circuit, Education, decided, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University&#8217;s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for the student, \u201cAhmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi\u201d, to the November 15th, 2020 session, for the absence of the administrative authority.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>24 Sep 2020<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Administrative Court decided, at last Thursday&#8217;s session, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University\u2019s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for the student, \u201cAhmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi\u201d, to the November 1st, 2020 session, for the absence of the administrative authority.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>19 July 2020<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Administrative Court decided, today, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74, filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University\u2019s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for student, \u201cAhmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi\u201d, to the September 21st, 2020 session, for submitting documents.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>15 July 2020<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Administrative Court decided to postpone the lawsuit filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) against Al-Azhar University\u2019s decision to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for student, \u201cAhmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi\u201d, for the July 19, 2020 session.<\/p>\n<p>AFTE filed the lawsuit, which held No. 36587 for the year 74, before the Administrative Court, the Sixth Circuit, Education, in April 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit challenged the decision of the Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication and the President of Al-Azhar University to refrain from taking into account the scores of the first semester exams for student, \u201cAhmed Khaled Mohamed Al-Toukhi\u201d because he did not attend classes while he was in remand detention.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Administrative Court, the Sixth Circuit, Education, decided, to postpone lawsuit no. 36587 for the year 74<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":20390,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_lmt_disableupdate":"yes","_lmt_disable":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[978],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.6 -
