The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court had decided in Tuesday\u2019s session July 6, 2021, held at Institute of Police Secretaries, to renew the detention of \u201d Mahienour El-Massry \u201d for 45 days pending Case No. 488 of 2019 Supreme State Security.<\/p>\n

In which she\u2019s accused of joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and misusing social media.<\/p>\n

\u201cMahienour\u201d was arrested on September 22, 2019, in front of the Supreme State Security Prosecution headquarter, while attending investigations with detained activists as a lawyer, and she\u2019s still in pretrial detention till now.<\/p>\n
