This came pending Case No. 65 of 2021 (Supreme State Security).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On July 14, 2020, \u201cNaglaa\u201d was arrested from her house in Alexandria; she was listed in connection with Case No. 535 of 2020 till her release order was issued on January 17, 2021, but the order didn\u2019t pass, and she was rotated in the current case.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The investigations charged her with joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and misusing a social media website for the aim of spreading false news.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>30 August 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court, held at Institute of Police Secretaries in Tura, considered the detention order of \u201cNaglaa Fathy Fouad\u201d, and ordered to renew her detention for 45 extra days, this came pending Case No. 65 of 2021 Supreme State Security Prosecution, The mentioned court considered the order to renew the detention on Monday, August 30, 2021, in the presence of AFTE\u2019s lawyer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It\u2019s mentioned that \u201cNaglaa\u201d was arrested from her house in Alexandria governorate on July 14, 2020, and she was listed pending case No. 535 of 2020, till her release order was issued on January 17, 2021, but the order didn\u2019t pass and she was rotated in the current case.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>13 July 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court considered the detention order of \u201cNaglaa Fathy Fouad\u201d, and ordered to renew her detention for 45 extra days, this came pending Case No. 65 of 2021 Supreme State Security, The mentioned court considered the order to renew the defendant\u2019s detention on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in the presence of AFTE\u2019s lawyer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It\u2019s mentioned that \u201cNaglaa\u201d was arrested from her house in Alexandria governorate on July 14, 2020, and kept detained till her release order was issued on January 17, 2021, but the order didn\u2019t pass and she was recycled in the new case.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>27 June 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court had decided in its session held on Sunday, June 27, 2021, to renew the detention of \u201cNaglaa Fathy Fouad&#8221; for 45 days pending Case No. 65 of 2021 Supreme State Security.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s noteworthy that The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court had decided before in the session held on January 17 of this year, to release \u201cNaglaa\u201d by precautionary measures in Case No. 535 of 2020, in which she was charged with joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and misusing social media, but it wasn\u2019t implemented and it was recycled in the current case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>24 April 2022 Today, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to release Naglaa Fathy Fouad under the guarantee of her residence, pending lawsuit No. 65 of 2021 (Supreme State Security).
