{"id":25058,"date":"2021-09-28T17:27:41","date_gmt":"2021-09-28T15:27:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afteegypt.org\/?p=25058"},"modified":"2021-09-28T17:27:41","modified_gmt":"2021-09-28T15:27:41","slug":"job-opening-accountant-at-accounting-unit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afteegypt.org\/en\/jobs\/2021\/09\/28\/25058-afteegypt.html","title":{"rendered":"Job Opening: Accountant at Accounting Unit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) is seeking to recruit an \u201cAccountant\u201d at the Accounting Unit, according to the following criteria and requirements:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Job R<\/b><b>equirements:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A Bachelor degree in Accounting field.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good knowledge of the basics of accounting standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proficiency in \u201cMS Office\u201d applications, specifically \u201cExcel\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Good command of writing in Arabic and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Previous experience in accounting is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Belief in fundamental principles of human rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Communication and Teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Monitoring the treasury and recording the daily transactions therein.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Recording financial transactions and payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Contribution to preparation of the financial reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Responsible for Cashing out daily transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Keep documents and invoices, paper-based and electronically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>About the Job:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">6 working hours daily, 5 days a week at AFTE\u2019s office in Cairo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">There will be a probationary period at least 3 months before being appointed.
