Radwan faces charges of promoting a terrorist act through social networks.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>28 February 2022\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Today, Qasr Al-Nil opposition judge decided to release Emad El-Sayed Ali Radwan under the guarantee of his residence pending investigations of Case No. 599 of 2020 (Qasr Al-Nil Misdemeanors). Qasr Al-Nil\u2019s Prosecution also decided to appeal against the decision; The appeal shall be reviewed at tomorrow\u2019s hearing.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Earlier, Al-Darb Al-Ahmar Appeal Misdemeanors Court decided to dismiss the appeal filed by the defense panel of Emad El-Sayed Ali Radwan and upheld the decision to detain him for 15 days. Police forces arrested Radwan from Tahrir Square on January 28, 2022, and Radwan faces charges of promoting a terrorist act through social networks.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>24 February 2022\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Today, Al-Darb Al-Ahmar Appeal Misdemeanors Court decided to dismiss the appeal filed by the defense panel of Emad El-Sayed Ali Radwan, and upheld the decision issued by Qasr Al-Nil opposition judge to detain him for 15 days, on February 14.
