Five days later, he appeared before North Sharqiah Public Prosecution in connection with the first case No. 15145 of 2021 (Kafr Saqr Misdemeanour). The prosecution referred him to Kafr Saqr Misdemeanor Court on charges of joining a terrorist group and possessing publications that promote its ideas. In January 17 session, the Court acquitted him.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">But instead of releasing him, he was rotated in connection with the second case No. 1596 of 2022 (Kafr Saqr Misdemeanour) with the exact previous charges.
