He faces charges of joining a terrorist organization and publishing false news at home and abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><br \/>\n15 April 2025<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Second Terrorism Circuit of the Cairo Criminal Court postponed Case No. 13673 of 2024 (Fifth Settlement Criminal Court), registered under No. 2992 of 2024 (New Cairo Criminal Court) and No. 330 of 2024 (Supreme State Security), in which the defendant El-Hussaini Farghaly Othman Nafadi is charged, to June 9 to allow the testimony of the rest of the witness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investigations charged Farghaly with joining a terrorist group with knowledge of its purposes, deliberately broadcasting false news, statements, and rumors by publishing posts on social media that allegedly undermined the prestige of the state, harmed national interests, disturbed public security, spread fear among citizens, and damaged the public interest.
