During August, the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression (AFTE) monitored the state and problems of freedom of thought and expression in Egypt. Does Mido deserve accountability and punishment?<\/a>\u00a0paper\u00a0monitors and analyzes media reports that tackled the statements of sports journalist and former footballer Ahmed Hossam (Mido), which the Medical Syndicate considered offensive to doctors. The paper also analyzes the rulings of the Supreme Constitutional Court (SCC) in Egypt in terms of interpreting the right to freedom of expression.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
