The Administrative Court (Second Circuit) decided to accept the appeal of the lawsuits filed by AFTE against the negative decision of the Acting Professions Syndicate to refrain from registering Ahmed Abdel Moneim Shuaib and Sherine Fathi Mohamed, while it rejected the appeal of Amr Abdel Halim Hassan, in terms of form<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The appeals numbered 7551, 7553, and 7556 of 77 Judicial years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last November, appeals were filed against the Syndicate Of Artists\u2019 negative decision to refrain from registering them in the Syndicate, despite fulfilling all the conditions that qualify them to obtain the Syndicate membership, as well as the Syndicate\u2019s refusal to review their applications or to clarify any reasons for refusal.<\/span><\/p>\n

14 January 2024: The Administrative Judiciary Court adjourns examination of three appeals filed by AFTE against the acting professions syndicate to February 25<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Administrative Judiciary Court (Second Circuit) adjourned to February 25 for a ruling on the three appeals AFTE filed on behalf of workers in the acting professions, namely Sheren Fathy Hussin, Amr Abdel Halim, and Ahmed Shoaib Abdullah. The appeals numbered 7551, 7553, and 7556 of 77 Judicial years.
\nThe appeals were filed against the Syndicate Of Artists\u2019 negative decision to refrain from registering them in the Syndicate, despite fulfilling all the conditions that qualify them to obtain the Syndicate membership, as well as the Syndicate\u2019s refusal to review their applications or to clarify any reasons for refusal.<\/p>\n

Today, the Administrative Judiciary Court (Second Circuit) adjourned to January 14, the examination session of three appeals AFTE filed on behalf of workers in the acting professions, namely Sheren Fathy Hussin, Amr Abdel Halim, and Ahmed Shoaib Abdullah. The appeals carried numbers 7551, 7553, and 7556 of 77 Judicial year.

AFTE files 3 lawsuits against Syndicate Of Artists for refusing to register workers in the Syndicate<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

On the 1st of November, AFTE filed three appeals before the Administrative Judiciary Court that carried numbers 7551, 7553, and 7556 of 77 Judicial year, on behalf of Sheren Fathy Hussin, Amr Abdel Halim, and Ahmed Shoaib Abdullah, against the head of the Syndicate Of Artists in his capacity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The lawsuits were filed against the Syndicate Of Artists\u2019 negative decision to refrain from registering them in the Syndicate, despite fulfilling all the conditions that qualify them to obtain the Syndicate membership, as well as the Syndicate’s refusal to review their applications or to clarify any reasons for refusal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

AFTE demands urgently to set a date to examine the lawsuits. Until the time of writing these lines, the dates aren\u2019t set yet, and also, to halt the appealed decision and its consequences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
