It decided to confirm the ruling against their one-year imprisonment in Case No. 16336 of 2023, Matareya misdemeanors, which are popular as electoral process papers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 6 February 2024, The Matareya Misdemeanor Court ruled to imprison Ahmed Muhammad Ramadan Al-Tantawi and his presidential campaign manager, Muhammad Musa Abu Al-Diyar, for one year with a bail of 20,000 pounds for each of them to suspend execution until appeal, and one year\u2019s imprisonment for 21 of the other defendants in the case. #800000;\"><b>07 November 2023: Ahmed Al-Tantawy and 22 members of his presidential campaign are to be committed to criminal trial in the \u201cPublic Endorsements\u201d case<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al-Matarya Misdemeanor Court has decided today to commit Ahmed Mohamed Ramadan El-Tantawy, his presidential campaign manager, and 21 of the campaign members to criminal trial pending case No. 16336 of 2023 Matarya Misdemeanors, Publically known as \u201c Al-Tantawy\u2019s public Endorsements.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The court has charged El-Tantawy and his campaign manager with Participating through incitement, agreement, and supplying the twenty-one other defendants with one of the electoral process papers (Form No. 4) and printing and circulating it without the permission of the competent authority, as well as charging the rest of the defendants with printing and circulating an electoral process paper (Form No. 4) without a license.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 21 defendants, whose names are as follows, were already referred to the prosecution after arresting them last October on the grounds of participating with a terrorist group and circulating electoral papers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Defendants endorsements and were prevented from doing so to issue an electronic copy in what he called \u201cPublic Endorsements\u201d as a result of public notary employees&#8217; intransigence against citizens by preventing them from issuing endorsements and invoking system breakdowns, as well as many reports of citizens\u2019\u00a0 battery and
