This decision came after the disciplinary board of appeal reserved the disciplinary lawsuit no.18 for 2021, where the disciplinary board decided to punish the defendant over videos of Al-Tantawy calling for the release of her detained husband, Hisham Gaafar, in front of the Journalists Syndicate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Postponing appeal hearing\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>17 December<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Administrative Judiciary Court decided to postpone appeal hearing no. 57029 of 74 filed by AFTE against the decision of Thebes Higher Institute of Engineering to permanently dismiss student Omar Mohamed Ali for dropping out of studies to the 28th of January session pending the defense receipt of a military prosecution\u2019s response to the student\u2019s detention statement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Acquittals 20 December The disciplinary board of appeal acquitted Manar Al-Tantawy of the accusations attributed to her of offending the Higher Institute of Technology in 10th of Ramadan along with the dean on social media platforms and other opposing channels and decided to drop the charge of deducting 15 days of her salary.
