The appeal challenges the negative decision to refuse her appointment as a teaching assistant in the faculty, despite her being the top student in her department in terms of academic grades. The hearing was reserved to April 28th for rulling, allowing the plaintiff to obtain an official copy of Appeal No. 6934 of Judicial Year 3 to prove her right to the teaching assistant position.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>16 December 2024: Administrative Court postpones AFTE\u2019s lawsuit against Benha University to January 27<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Administrative Court in Qalyubia decided to postpone the hearing of the appeal in the case filed by AFTE before the State Council in Banha, on behalf of Nada Osama Abdel Moghny, against the Faculty of Arts at Banha University. The appeal challenges the negative decision to refuse her appointment as a teaching assistant in the faculty, despite her being the top student in her department in terms of academic grades. The hearing was postponed to January 27th of next year, allowing the plaintiff to obtain an official copy of Appeal No. 6934 of Judicial Year 3 to prove her right to the teaching assistant position.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The court also authorized the correction of the case format, numbered 7026\/11, to include a request to appeal the five-year plan for appointing teaching assistants at the Faculty of Arts, Benha University, (Department of Media).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>19 November 2024: Administrative Court postpones AFTE\u2019s lawsuit against Benha University to December 16 for review and response<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Administrative Court of Qalyubia has postponed the hearing of the appeal in the lawsuit filed by AFTE, on behalf of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nada Osama Abdel-Mughny<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, against the Faculty of Arts at Benha University, regarding the negative decision to refuse her appointment as a teaching assistant at the faculty, despite being the top student in her department, to December 16.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The court also authorized the correction of the case format, numbered 7026\/11, to include a request to appeal the five-year plan for appointing teaching assistants at the Faculty of Arts, Benha University, (Department of Media).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>3 June 2024: AFTE\u2019s Lawsuit Against Benha University Over Teaching Assistant Appointment Postponed to 26 August<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Administrative Court in Qalyubya postponed hearing the appeal of AFTE at the State Council court in Benha City on behalf of Nada Osama Abdel-Mughny against the Faculty of Arts at Benha University due to the negative decision to refrain from appointing her as a teaching assistant at the college, despite her eligibility, until the 26 August session.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The court allowed the correction of the form of lawsuit No. 7026 of the 11th judicial year by adding a request to appeal the five-year plan for appointing teaching assistants at the Faculty of Arts, Benha University (Media Department).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>17 April 2024<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AFTE filed a lawsuit at the State Council court in the city of Benha on behalf of Nada Osama Abdel-Mughni against the Faculty of Arts at Benha University due to the negative decision to refrain from appointing her as a teaching assistant at the college despite her eligibility.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is case No. 7026 of the 11th judicial year.
