area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He was taken to a location which was unknown to his family and lawyers, until he was presented before the Supreme State Security Prosecution three days later, on July 15, 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rifai is facing charges of joining a terrorist group with full knowledge of its objectives, publishing and broadcasting false news and statements that could harm security and public order, and using a social media account to spread false news.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rifai has not been presented with any publications or evidence supporting these accusations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>11 November
