Saqr was included in the case over Facebook posts, which the prosecution confronted him with, containing critical views of economic conditions and some criticism of the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers. He admitted ownership of the account that published the posts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saqr was arrested on 18 April 2026 while at a caf\u00e9 near his residence and remained unlawfully detained for four days before being presented to investigators.
