She remained in unlawful custody at an undisclosed location, inaccessible to her family and lawyer, until she was brought before the prosecution. She was charged with using a social media account to promote the ideas of a terrorist group and broadcasting false news and statements that could harm public security and order. During questioning, she was confronted with printed papers, which she denied any connection to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is noteworthy that her brothers, Hassan and Eid, have been detained since May 24, 2026, facing investigations in the same case and on identical charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eman also holds British citizenship and resides in England.
