The Supreme Administrative Court has decided to adjourn the decision in the lawsuit filed by the Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression, to oblige the parliament to screen it’s sessions. This is without setting a date for the decision.
Having The Supreme Court had sat a date for the decision in last November, it has decided to reopen argument, compiling the lawsuit with another one. The court has asked for similarity approaches AFTE’s statement of claim, despite the different adversary and the demands of the two cases.
