Supreme Court has decided to refer the appeal by the photojournalist Mohamed Al-hussainy’s father on banning his son from having any visits in prison, to the board of commissioners.

The Association for Freedom of Thought and Expression had filed lawsuit number 8057 Legal Year 72, in order to appeal the administration of Tora prison ban of the defendant Mohammed Al-hussainy, from having in-prison visits by his family. This is without any stated reasons and without a ban decision from the prosecution.

Police forces had arrested Al-hussainy in Fagala street while filming a report on the price of stationary tools.
