Releasing “Khaled Mohamed Abdel Salam” With Precautionary Measures

The Third Circuit (Criminal/Terrorism), decided on its session held on Tuesday, 25 May 2021, to release “Khaled Mohamed Abdel Salam”, and to replace pretrial detention with precautionary measures, pending case No.488 of 2019, supreme state security.

Khaled faced charges such as joining a terrorist group, misusing social media to promote the ideology of this group.

The Third Circuit (Criminal/Terrorism), decided on its meeting held on Monday, April the 5th, at the police secretary academy, to renew the detention of “Khaled Mohamed Abdel Salam”, and “Mahmoud Zakaria Elkhatib”, for 45 days pending investigations, into case No.488 of 2019, supreme state security.

Both are facing charges such as joining a terrorist group, misusing social media to promote the ideology of this group.
