Replacing Pretrial Detention with Precautionary Measures for “Tarek Youssef”

The Third Circuit (Criminal/Terrorism), decided on its meeting held today, 11 May 2021, to replace the pretrial detention with precautionary measures for defendant “Tarek youssef”, pending case No.1956 of 2019, Supreme state security.

He faced charges such as joining a terrorist group, and financing it, spreading false news using a social media account.
