The third circuit (criminal/terrorism), had decided on May 30, 2021 session to renew the detention of “Mostafa Mohamed Safwat”, for 45 Days Pending Investigations, into case No.1017 of 2020, supreme state security, on charges of joining a terrorist group, and spreading false news.
Mostafa Mohamed Safwat is 55 years old, works as a social worker, was arrested from his house on January 4, and was brought before the prosecution on January 9, 2021.
