Criminal Court orders to extend the precautionary measures of “Mostafa Zaghloul” for 45 extra days

The Third Circuit Terrorism, held at Institute of Police Secretaries in Tura, considered the order of renewing the precautionary measures of “Mostafa Gamal”, and ordered to extend it for 45 extra days, this came pending Case No. 65 of 2021 Supreme State Security, The mentioned court considered the order on Monday, August 30, 2021, in the presence of AFTE’s lawyer.

The Criminal Court had previously released “Mostafa” on the first of August, and in 2018, was sentenced to three years in prison pending Case No. 708 of 2018 Tanta Emergency Security Felonies, and his release was due for execution last February after serving his detention period, Nevertheless, he was rotated and detained for additional six-month pending Case No. 65 of 2021 Supreme State Security.

In 2018, “Mostafa” was sentenced to three years in prison pending Case No. 708 of 2018 Tanta Emergency Security Felonies, and his release was due for execution last February after serving his detention period, Nevertheless, he was detained in an unknown place, and appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution to be included in the current case.
