Today, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to release singer El-Amir Fahim under the guarantee of his place of residence, in connection with Case No. 440 of 2022 (Supreme State Security).
Security forces arrested Fahim on June 28 after a video of him wearing a military uniform went viral while performing one of the songs that spread at the time of the January 25 revolution, Fahim faced charges of joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and using a social media account to commit a crime.

On September 26, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of singer El-Amir Fahim Ahmed, for 15 days, in connection with case No. 440 of 2022 (State Security).
Fahmy’s arrest comes against the backdrop of the security services’ monitoring of a video clip of Fahim performing a song called “theaters and Cinemas” while wearing a military uniform. The Ministry of Interior, in its statement, assured that it will decisively take all the legal measures against those who spread lies and rumors that would create public confusion. Fahim faces charges of joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and using a social media account to commit a crime.

On September 12, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of the Student at the Faculty of Commerce, El-Amir Fahim Ahmed, for 15 days, in connection with case No. 440 of 2022 (State Security).
Fahim was arrested on June 28 after he posted a video on TikTok wearing a military uniform and performing a song called “theaters and Cinemas.” which was popular during the January 25th revolution and includes political projections on the country’s domestic situations.
After the first interrogation took place on July 6, the Supreme State Security Prosecution charged Fahim with joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and using a social media account to commit a crime.

On August 29, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of student El-Amir Fahim Ahmed, for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 440 of 2022 (State Security).
The 20 years old student at the faculty of commerce was arrested on June 28, against the backdrop of posting videos on Tiktok. He faces charges of joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and using a social media account to commit a crime.

On August 15, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of the 20 years old El-Amir Fahim Ahmed, for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 440 of 2022 (State Security).
The student at the faculty of commerce was arrested on June 28, after the first interrogation took place on July 6, the Supreme State Security Prosecution charged Ahmed with joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and using a social media account to commit a crime. Against the backdrop of posting videos on TikTok.

On the 2nd of August, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of the student at the faculty of commerce, El-Amir Fahim Ahmed, for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 440 of 2022 (State Security).
Security forces arrested Ahmed, 20 years old, on June 28 of the current year; the Supreme State Security Prosecution interrogated him for the first time on July 6, after the interrogation; the prosecution charged him with joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, and using a social media account to commit a crime.

On July 18, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of student at faculty of commerce, El-Amir Fahim Ahmed, for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 440 of 2022 (State Security).
On June 28, Ahmed -20 years old- was arrested, he appeared before the prosecution of July 6, and he’s currently detained at El-Mahala police station against charges of joining a terrorist group, spreading flase news, and using a social media account to commit a crime.
