The Administrative Judiciary decided to cancel the acting professions syndicate’s decision to refrain from registering Ayman Elsayed

The Administrative Judicial Court (Second Circuit) decided to cancel the negative decision of the Acting Professions Syndicate to refrain from registering Ayman Abdel Moniem Elsayed in the Syndicate, and its implications for the claimant’s right to join the Acting Professions Syndicate, in appeal No. 40133 of 77, which was filed by The Association for Freedom of Thoughts and Expression.

The appeal was filed on the grounds of the Syndicate Of Artists’ negative decision to refrain El-Sayed from joining the syndicate despite his fulfillment of all the required conditions. The syndicate refused to give any reasons for its refusal.

9 April 2023: Administrative Judicial Court to examine AFTE’s appeal against head of acting professions syndicate for refusing to register Ayman Elsayed on July 2

On April 9, the Administrative Judicial Court (Second Circuit) referred AFTE’s appeal No. 40133 of 77 against the head of acting professions syndicate to the State Commissioners’ Authority to consult its legal opinion. The Court also decided to examine the appeal on the following July 2 hearing. 

The Association for Freedom of Thoughts and Expression filed the appeal on behalf of client Ayman Abdel Moniem Elsayed after he submitted an application to be registered in the acting professions syndicate. The syndicate dismissed his application without giving any reasons and despite fulfilling all the conditions that make him qualified to be a member of the Syndicate.

28 March 2023 “Administrative Judicial Court to examine AFTE’s appeal against Syndicate Of Artists for refusing Ayman Elsayed’s enrollment to the Syndicate on April 9” 

The Administrative Judicial Court (second circuit) set next April 9 hearing as a date to examine the appeal file by AFTE against the head of the Syndicate Of Artists on behalf of Ayman Abdel Moniem Elsayed. 

Appeal No. 40133 of 77 was filed to challenge the Syndicate’s refusal of Elsayed’s request to join the Syndicate without justification or pointing out the reasons for this refusal. Despite El-Sayed’s fulfillment of all the required conditions that make him qualified for it and the resulting privileges.

14 March 2023 “AFTE files appeal against Syndicate Of Artists for refusing Ayman Elsayed’s enrollment to the Syndicate” 

On March 14, the Association for freedom of thoughts and Expression (AFTE) filed an appeal before the Administrative Judicial Court that carried No. 40133 of 77 against the head of the Syndicate Of Artists. 

The appeal was filed on the grounds of the Syndicate Of Artists’ negative decision to refrain El-Sayed from joining the syndicate despite his fulfillment of all the required conditions. The syndicate refused to give any reasons for its refusal.

AFTE demanded that a speedy hearing be set to examine the appeal and to stop implementing the decision of the Syndicate of Artists.
