The Third Circuit (Criminal / Terrorism), had decided on Tuesday’s session, June 15, 2021, to replace the pretrial detention with precautionary measures of the defendant “Ahmed Muhammad Hosni”, known as “ Ahmed Samy Shuaib”, pending Case No. 1898 of 2019

In which he’s charged with joining a terrorist group, spreading false news, using an internet website to commit a crime.

On March 3, the Third Circuit (Criminal / Terrorism) decided to renew the detention of “Ahmed Muhammad Hosni, known as” Ahmed Samy Shuaib, Loay Mazhar, and Saad Walid Saad, for 45 days pending investigations into case No. 1898 of 2019, in which they are accused of promoting a terrorist group and using a website to commit the crime of spreading false news.

On December 6, the Third Circuit (Criminal / Terrorism) decided to renew the detention of “Ahmed Muhammad Hosni, known as” Ahmed Samy Shuaib, Adnan Alaa El-Din, Loay Mazhar, and Saad Walid Saad, for 45 days pending investigations into case No. 1898 of 2019, in which they are accused of promoting a terrorist group and using a website to commit the crime of spreading false news.

On October 26, the Fifth Circuit (Criminal / Terrorism) decided to renew the detention of “Ahmed Muhammad Hosni, known as” Ahmed Samy Shuaib, Adnan Alaa El-Din, Loay Mazhar, and Saad Walid Saad, for 45 days pending investigations into case No. 1898 of 2019, in which they are accused of promoting a terrorist group and using a website to commit the crime of spreading false news.

On July 26, the Fifth Circuit (Criminal/Terrorism) decided to renew the detention of Loay Mazhar and Adnan Alaa El Deen, for 45 days pending investigations into case No. 1898 of 2019, in which they are accused of promoting a terrorist group and using a website to commit the crime of spreading false news.

On June 2, the Second Circuit (Criminal/Terrorism) decided to renew the detention of Ahmed Mohamed Hossny, known as “Ahmed Samy Shouib”, for 45 days pending investigations into case No. 1898 of 2019, in which he is accused of “promoting a terrorist group, and using a website to commit the crime of spreading false news”.

It is reported that the court held the renewal of detention session without the attendance of the detainee.
