The Zagazig Criminal Court decided to release “Yahya Ayman Ahmed Faramawi”, a cancer patient, under the guarantee of his residence, in police record No. 450 of 2019, Belbeis State Security Emergency Misdemeanor, on charges of demonstrating and joining a terrorist group knowing its objectives.
Yahya Ayman Ahmed Faramawi has been in pre-trial detention since his arrest in March 2019, until his release was decided by the Zagazig Criminal Court.

The Zagazig Criminal Court decided to renew the detention of Yahya Ayman Ahmed Faramawi, a cancer patient, for 45 days pending investigations in police record No. 450 of 2019, Belbeis State Security Emergency Misdemeanor, on charges of demonstrating and joining a terrorist group knowing its objectives.

On July 27, the Zagazig Criminal Court decided to renew the detention of Yahya Ayman Ahmed Faramawi, a cancer patient, for 45 days pending investigations in police record No. 450 of 2019, Belbeis State Security Emergency Misdemeanor, on charges of demonstrating and joining a terrorist group knowing its objectives.
