The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court, had decided at its session held on June 22, 2021, at the Institute of Police Secretaries, to extend the precautionary measures for the defendant “Ahmed Mohamed Ali ” for 45 days pending Case No. 1956 of 2019 Supreme State Security.

In which he’s accused of joining a terrorist group, spreading false news and statements, and misusing social media.

The council chamber of the criminal court, decided on its meeting held on today, 11 May 2021, at the police secretary academy, to release defendant “Ahmed Mohamed Ali” with precautionary measures, pending investigations into case No. 1956 of 2019, Supreme State Security.

Ahmed was accused of joining a terrorist group, publishing, spreading false news and information, and misusing social media.
