Criminal Court renews student Estshhad Kamal Rezk’s detention for 45 days

On August 1, The Criminal Court (The Council Chamber) decided to renew the detention of Student at Al-Azhar University, Estshhad Kamal Rezk, for 45 days in connection with Case No. 680 of 2020 (Supreme State Security).

Estshhad was arrested on October 2020, she appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution after a month of illegal detention, which in turn charged her with joining a terrorist group and spreading false news.

On June 14, The Criminal Court (The Council Chamber) decided to renew the detention of Student at Al-Azhar University, Estshhad Kamal Rezk, for 45 days in connection with Case No. 680 of 2020 (Supreme State Security).

Security forces arrested Estshhad in October 2020; After one month of illegal detention, she appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution, which charged her with joining a terrorist group and spreading false news.

28 March 2022  Criminal Court renews Estshhad Kamal Rezk’s detention for 45 days

On March 28, The Criminal Court (The Council Chamber) decided to renew the detention of Estshhad Kamal Rezk for 45 days in connection with lawsuit No. 680 of 2020 (Supreme State Security).

Security forces arrested Estshhad, -a student at Al-Azhar University- in October 2020; After one month of illegal detention, she appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution, which charged her with joining a terrorist group and spreading false news.
