Yesterday, Agouza Misdemeanors Court of Appeal “terrorism” acquitted Ahmed Lotfy Ali Mohamed, pending the appeal against the verdict in absentia issued against him.

Agouza Misdemeanors Court had issued a verdict in absentia against the defendant to five years in prison and a fine of 100,000 pounds, in misdemeanor No. 11095 of 2016 “Agouza misdemeanor,” known as “The land lawsuit” in which Lotfy was charged with demonstrating.
