Criminal Court renews Ahmed Moussa Abdel Khaleq’s detention for 45 days

On April 5, the Criminal Court (First Circuit) decided to renew the pretrial detention of Ahmed Mohamed Moussa Abdel Khaleq for 45 days in connection with Case No. 330 of 2022 (State Security).

Moussa has been detained since last April against charges of joining a terrorist group, inciting a terrorist act, and spreading false news.

4 September 2022 “Criminal Court renews the detention of Ahmed Moussa Abdel Khaleq for 45 days” 

On September 4, the Criminal Court (First Terrorism Criminal Circuit) decided to renew the detention of Ahmed Mohamed Moussa Abdel Khaleq for 45 days in connection with Case No. 330 of 2022 (State Security).

The Supreme State Security Prosecution interrogated Abdel Khaleq for the first time on April 3 and charged him with joining a terrorist group, inciting a terrorist act, and spreading false news.

31 July 2022 “Supreme State Security Prosecution renews Ahmed Moussa Abdel Khaleq’s detention for 15 days” 

On July 31, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of Ahmed Mohamed Moussa Abdel Khaleq for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 330 of 2020 (State Security). In which he’s charged with joining a terrorist group, inciting a terrorist act and spreading false news.

It should be noted that the Supreme State Security Prosecution interrogated Abdel Khaleq for the first time in the beginning of April of the current year. 

 

19 June 2022 “For the fourth time; Supreme State Security Prosecution renews Ahmed Moussa Abdel Khaleq detention for 15 days” 

Today, The Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of Ahmed Mohamed Moussa Abdel Khaleq for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 330 of 2020 (State Security).

Abdel Khaleq appeared before the Supreme State Security Prosecution for the first time on last April 3, and he faces charges of joining a terrorist group, inciting a terrorist act and spreading false new.

5 June 2022 Supreme State Security Prosecution renews Ahmed Moussa Abdel Khaleq detention for 15 days

Yesterday, The Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of Ahmed Mohamed Moussa Abdel Khaleq for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 330 of 2020 (State Security).

The Supreme State Security Prosecution investigated Abdel Khaleq for the first time on April 3, and charged him with joining a terrorist group, inciting a terrorist act and spreading false new.
