On September 28, South Zagazig Prosecution decided to renew the detention of Mossab Arafat for 15 days, in connection with Case No. 8185 of 2020 (Belbis Misdemeanor).
Mossab finished a two-year prison sentence on June 25, in connection with Case No. 2675 of 2020 (Zagazig Misdemeanor); instead of releasing him after serving the prescribed sentence, he was illegally detained for more than two months until he was brought before the Prosecution pending the current case, against charges of joining a terrorist group and possessing publications.
18 August 2022 “South Sharqia Prosecution detains Mossab Arafat for 15 days”
On August 18, South Sharqia Prosecution decided to detain Mossab Ragab Ibrahim Arafat for 15 days in connection with lawsuit No. 8185 of 2022 (Belbis Misdemeanor).
On June 9, 2020, Security forces arrested Arafat; he appeared before Zagazig Prosecution on June 24 of the same year, in connection with lawsuit No. 2675 of 2020 (Zagazig Misdemeanor); the Court sentenced him to two years in prison which ended on June 25 of the current year, but instead of releasing him; he was rotated in connection with the present case against charges of joining a terrorist group and possessing publications.
