It is worth mentioning that the ex-candidate Ahmed El-Tanatawy has invited his supporters and those who are willing to issue endorsements and were prevented from doing so to issue an electronic copy in what he called “Public Endorsements” as a result of public notary employees’ intransigence against citizens by preventing them from issuing endorsements and invoking system breakdowns, as well as many reports of citizens’ battery and assault.
