Criminal Court orders to the release of “Hossam El-Saadany”

The Council Chamber of the Criminal Court held at Institute of Police Secretaries had issued a decision to release “Hossam El-Saadany” with precautionary measures. This came pending Case No. 558 of 2020 Supreme State Security Tuesday, July 13, 2021.

“Hossam” was arrested on March 25, 2020, and he was unlawfully detained till he was brought before the prosecution on Monday, April 6, and he was held in pretrial detention till his release order was issued.
