The file contains 15 profiles of eight content creators, one page admin, and three Likee employees. They were all targeted for posting content on the video sharing apps TikTok and Likee. Eight of them are still in detention, either pending trial, or in implementation of sentences issued against them. To obtain the information contained in this file, AFTE relied on papers of the case that involves Haneen Hossam, Mawaddah al-Adham and three other defendants, in addition to relevant statements issued by the Public Prosecution.
AFTE also relied on papers of the case involving Hadeer al-Hady, in addition to press sources, with regard to the rest of defendants. The file does not include all those targeted by the security campaign against social media content creators.
